This is the table and bench we purchased from Pottery Barn. The finish is coming off. We have contact PB several times and they refuse to do anything about it saying it is normal wear and tear. We rarely use this table and I am very careful with how I care for it. So I am basically left with a very expensive piece of trash sitting in my home. Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY FROM Pottery Barn!!!
Purchased two couches from PB. After months they started to make noise. Convinced it was because our new floors and no area rugs I got rugs. Still after the rugs arrived the noise continued. So I bought something to try to keep the couches from shifting on the carpet. The noise got worse and worse until now you can’t sit or stand from the couches without them creaking. It’s so LOUD. Read the fine print before purchasing an item from Pottery Barn. I purchased a shelf online that I didn’t like and requested a return. I was never told that I would have to pay for the shipping to return the item when purchasing. I understand paying for the shipping to ship it to me not being refunded. The shelf came used. The packaging had been opened previously, even though I bought it new. I’m out over $50 just on shipping. Walked in and asked a woman if they had a restroom. She looked me up and down and said the mall has some. I told her I just had back surgery a couple of weeks ago and she rudely said where they were. Now I was wearing a tank,shorts and im a big muscle guy in tats. 45 minutes earlier my 22 year old daughter went in and asked and they were all good.
