I spent 800.00 on two games for Christmas at West Town mall in Knoxville. The help charged me 8.50 to gift wrap one on them. I'm like really, you can't wrap it for free? She said not since covid. I'm in the customer service business and have given hundreds of seminars on customer service. Pottery Barn has no clue what that means or cares for that matter. I am disappointed with my experience with Pottery Barn. I ordered a bed over a month ago, and despite multiple inquiries, the ship date keeps getting pushed further out. The inconsistent communication has been frustrating, making it challenging to plan accordingly. I expected better service and timeliness, and this prolonged delay has negatively impacted my overall satisfaction with Pottery Barn.
If I could give customer service a 0 I would. I ordered a comforter before Christmas but needed to cancel the order. Considering I never received a shipping notification & everything said est delivery would be Feb I didn’t expect it to be an issue. However, when speaking with customer service they filed a cancellation claim and never heard another word.
