It's a little pricy on some things, but you can always find some good buys
I spent 800.00 on two games for Christmas at West Town mall in Knoxville. The help charged me 8.50 to gift wrap one on them. I'm like really, you can't wrap it for free? She said not since covid. I'm in the customer service business and have given hundreds of seminars on customer service. Pottery Barn has no clue what that means or cares for that matter.
