When Don Potter was the owner of Potter's Roofing, my wife and I hired him to do several roofing jobs for us. He and his workers did an excellent job for us. Don retired, and we wish him the best. I recently needed help with a small roofing job on our storage shed. Their representative came out to assess the job on a Monday and said he would send us the bid on Wednesday (two days later). Poor customer service and communication skills. Used them once, was pleased. Tried to use them again but did not return my call. My husband called them and they responded. They came to our business to give us a bid for leak repair. While the tech was there, I asked him if he would be able to schedule a time to also ck out my house. He asked where I lived and said that he could actually go to it immediately. I thought Great! Turned out he never went there. This company owned by Don Potter installed the roof on our new home 3-4 years ago and has since needed 50% of the roof to be replaced at our cost because of improper installation and Potter claims he sold the business and won't honor any warranties. Stay clear of this company!
