Ashlin Potterfield took a difficult legal situation and made it so much worse. Poor communication. Poor tracking and resolving important outstanding issues. Very poor preparation, case management, and negotiation skills. Multiple mistakes, creating future problems and costing many thousands of dollars in error. She came well recommended, but something has changed because there is no excuse for the lack of ability and professionalism she consistently demonstrated.
