I brought an recently adopted cat there and told them exactly what I wanted because of covid19 I had to wait outside. when they brought back my cat in under 7 minutes they said they would call my cell for payment . They did nothing that i asked for. They said they did what they thought they should do and my bill was 165.00 more then we agreed and I have to come back in 14 days when I became more vocal they told me to find another vet and I did when my new vet asked them for the records they refused. I would never recommend this office to anyone ever again. Especially with Surgeries! Please do not take your beloved pets to these people. My perfectly healthy kitten is gone, because of very poor judgement, bad decision making and inability to act quickly when my kitten needed it most. Our family is destroyed and sick over it especially my daughter. 😢

I attempted to make an appointment and was told they are booked for two weeks and they were leaving soon today and didn’t want to do xrays. That my issue didn’t sound urgent and if I didn’t like that I could go to an animal hospital. I was then hung up on when asking for a supervisor. I called back and was hung up on two more times. Then I got a “new employee” on the phone who put me on hold and said she didn’t know her coworkers name so even if I wanted to complain to a supervisor I couldn’t. Always great care shown towards our pets and to pet owners. We have. even going for over a decade and never had any issue, Always positive experiences. We recently had to bring our girl in to help her over the Rainbow Bridge. Staff was attentive and caring. Thank you all for taking care of our Daisy and Us during that trying time.
Dr. Stephanie saved our dogs life. During an absolute crisis, Jody came out and scooped my puppy from my car and rushed in to Dr. Stephanie. Super quick response to stabilize and set up a make-shift ambulance (complete with IV bag) in my SUV enabled us to get to Newton Hospital and saved our dogs life. PSA: Xylitol. Know what’s in your kids gum. Almost killed my 55 pound pup within 30 minutes. Thank you VERNON!
