After visiting several places in KC (and getting ignored) I was treated like royalty by the Potters. He took the time to show me the different brands and described the differences between models. I choose a hi-rise model by Glass-Tek for my Toyota. I bought a set of N-Fab nerf bars from Potters Truck Covers for my 2012 Silverado and I couldn't be more happy with the customer service and installation.
I passed two other dealers to get to Potter's to purchase a truck bed cover. I really appreciated how I was treated when "telephone" shopping and later when "look & touch" shopping. A family business that highly recommend.
