Let me just say if you are looking for superior service look no more. Kelly ******keeps her word every time. Unfortunately the company's van caught a flat but still managed to install a new garage door for me and my family today. Thanks again Potter Door
Thank you so much for fixing my garage door! I so appreciate the promptness and attentiveness everyone gave me. Jim was very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done to correct the improper installation of my previous garage door. I'm not recalling the names of the 2 gentlemen that came out to do the new install but they were very thorough as well and answered all of my questions. The new door works smoothly and so much better than the previous one. Thank you again and continued success!

Potter responded to my need the same day. I had backed into my garage door on the way out to work. Came home that afternoon to everything in working order. This is the third time I've used their services....satisfied each time. And no....I did not back into the door 3X.
