My daughter had Phase 1 treatment with a different orthodontist but I was not very happy with the result. When it came time for Phase 2 I asked my dentist for a referral and they recommended me to Dr. Potter. I was very impressed from day one. Everyone was very friendly and the treatment was smooth every step of the way. Thanks Dr. Potter for a great smile for my daughter.
My neighbors have been telling me about Dr. Potter for years so when it came time to take my son to the orthodontist that was my first stop. My husband always likes me to get a second opinion but I liked Dr. Potter much better than the other office I visited. My son really likes Dr. Potter and the treatment seems to be going very well.
We have had our 4 children go through Dr. Potter and we are very pleased. He has got a great office and we really like the staff. All of our friends go there so every time we go we run into someone we know. He is a very nice person and also an excellent orthodontist.
I was in a severe auto accident and injured my jaw and ended up having to get braces in order to correct it. I didn't know any orthodontists so I asked my dentist and he referred me to Dr. Potter. I have been very pleased with Dr. Potter throughout the whole process. My treatment turned out great and it was a very pleasant experience.
I had braces when I was a teen and over the past 20 years my teeth have gone back to how they were before. I went to Dr. Potter based on my dentists recommendation and I'm glad I did. Dr. Potter has been very thorough throughout the whole process. After my braces came off I went back to my dentist for a cleaning and he said it's one of the nicest outcomes he's ever seen. Our dentist recommended Dr. Potter to us and we couldn't be happier. We are now on our second child with Dr. Potter and our son's treatment is going very well. Our older daughter's teeth turned out great and she always gets a lot of compliments about her smile.
Dr Potter is friendly, knowledgeable and gets things done. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, especially if you have a later appointment. The staff seems to be struggling with older computer systems that are frequently down when I need to schedule the next appointment, then they don't make any effort to catch that you don't have an appointment so you've gotta be more on the ball than I am if you want to finish on time.
We have been with Dr. Potter for two years and the service has always been a pleasure. Dr. Potter not only checks his staffs work but talks to the patients on a personal level to make them feel welcomed and important as a patient. I would highly recommend anyone to seek orthodontic treatment with Dr. Potter.
I loved my orthodontist growing up and I always wanted to find someone like him to take my kids too when it was their time for braces. I have finally found that person in Dr. Potter. The kids love talking to him and he always takes the time to find out how things are going at school and how they are doing in sports. He is very kind and also a great orthodontist and all 5 of my children will be going to him for their braces.
