Our family worked with Potter Nursing over the course of several years. I had thought that every agency was basically the same - turns out this is not true. Switching to Potter from another agency was like night and day. Kimberly, who managed staffing, is a superhero at her job - she is so organized and responsive and kind and absolutely tireless in making sure clients are well-cared for and satisfied. The aides we worked with through Potter were for the most part also excellent - caring, kind, and hardworking.
