We worked with Potter Homes to complete an extensive renovation of our home in Barefoot Beach. It is inevitable that issues/problems will arise as you complete the permitting and construction process. Without exception, we were able to reach agreements that I felt were fair to both parties. We essentially demolished are home on December 15th of one year and moved into the completed renovation on January 31st (just 12 1/2 months later). Working with the Potter Homes group was a blessing! We don't live in Florida and so we built a very nice beach house from many miles away! We had consistent meetings. We met with them in person every couple of months. They were always organized and kept us in the loop on progress. It was not a stressful process. They are genuinely good people. All of them! We would build with them again! Thank you to all the Potter folks for our beautiful home!
