it's almost impossible getting through to correct persons about court order inquiries; state advises contact county order is filed at (Pottawattamie); there's no Des Moines contacts for court order inquiries; certain involved parties are above the law; certain demographics are above the law; lots of corrupt residents throughout Underwood\Treynor\Neola\Harlan\Shelby; there's other abuses besides physical (mental emotional); business agencies won't help; we won't receive help; since when is abuse acceptable; it will continue; ... read more

As a disabled senior citizen trying to file a small claims case, the ladies working there were very helpful. Things are very different than required many years ago. Everything is electronically filed. The Courthouse Construction appears to be complete, and it looks marvelous! I am greatfull for their kindness and assistance. Customer service is alive and well in the recently remodeled Pottawattamie Court House. Makes me proud to be a long-time resident. Way to go, ladies. Would give you ten stars if I could.
