Got a quote for a job, went in and handed over the key. The owner seemed like he was in a rush. He parked my car on the sidewalk, and there was a garden barrier with a metal bracket. He hit it, the corner was super sharp. Not sure if it dinged the bumper. I don’t really care, but that kind of service is unacceptable. Posted price for smog check is $58, they charged me $68, when I asked why the guy pointed at the copy he gave me and said because I need a certificate. What do you even mean by that, stick to your posted prices, keep that 10 bucks but I'll tell people about it on reviews.
