I had such a great experience working with Angelica! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When I came to look at the apartment, she took the time to walk me through everything and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. We moved in October 2024 at first I enjoyed our apartment with the natural lighting and the view we have. However, as of late, it has been a nightmare living here…we currently have an ant problem that came out of no where (all they did was spray however I am to believe this is not working as I still see ants everywhere) and I am now being bit by ants, they are infesting my cats food, and I walk around paranoid in every inch of my home. I feel very disgusted, my move in time got pushed back last minute to 1 p.m. due to “cleaning”. When I got inside my apartment, it was still pretty dirty, stains on the floors, filthy windows, washer and dryer were dirty. However…. the inside of the fridge and feeezer was horrific. There is some sort of bug infestation inside of my freezer (specifically the ice machine). Hope and Angelia were the answers to my prayers! I had a horrible experience with my old complex and had to move fast. They made the process quick and simple! They made me feel right at home! Couldn’t recommend a better team than Potranco Commons!
Moved in date was June 6th. Absolutely love it here! The community is beautiful. The amenities are nice pool, yoga, clubhouse, keyless entry, fitness classes, valet trash, food trucks, dj's at the pool sometimes, Dillo Store, coming car wash, etc. My apartment is nice, I love that I'm the first person to ever live in my unit! It's enough space for me. I love that cable & internet are already available in each unit. (Not free, but reasonably priced) but no hassle of having to get your own and having a tech come out.
