Maintenance is lazy here. My trash is never throw which I pay for. I’ve putting in multiple request for multiple things. Ac filter dirty/water filter in the fridge dirty/. Always something broken here. I have to jump gates to get to my pool that I pay for bc all the gates are locked all the time. You have to pay 150 for a key to your apartment which is ridiculous. We moved in October 2024 at first I enjoyed our apartment with the natural lighting and the view we have. However, as of late, it has been a nightmare living here…we currently have an ant problem that came out of no where (all they did was spray however I am to believe this is not working as I still see ants everywhere) and I am now being bit by ants, they are infesting my cats food, and I walk around paranoid in every inch of my home.
