It seems that new Management has been making lots of changes on the property. I must say, I'm pleased with the updates! Power washing, fixing cracked stairs on the property and sending emails to keep us up to date on all changes. Not to mention parking which has been a huge issue in the past. I'm really happy! 5 stars
These scammers are useless. I advise you not to come and live here. The office never helps you. They charge you for things that don't make sense. Every month they want to charge double and you still have to pay $75 to pay the rent. We need the state to come and check. This is a scam because if you don't pay, you ruin your credit. This is a garbage apartment. They are going to tell me to come to the office and they never fix anything. The manager is never there, only the secretary who never knows anything.

Hello this is an updated review. I have been here since October of 2024. 1. Management has definitely improved, someone is consistently there and post announcements if they are not open due to holidays or the weather. They updated their hours as well. However, it is still difficult to get an answer on the phone with them. 2. One of my biggest dislikes is the fees. Whatever your rent is add $200 for the fees.
