The property management continues to disappoint me day after day. Our apartment is infested with mice, and despite repeatedly reporting this serious health and safety issue to the office, they clearly don't care. I've gone to the office multiple times trying to speak with someone in person because they never answer their phones, respond to emails, or check their voicemails. Big Update: They will sign your lease agreement as the fifth and then charge you $600-700 for your final days when your lease agreement ends if you choose to not move out. When I signed on originally, five years ago, it was not shown as a ##/05/##. Somewhere during the company swaps they became douchbags. Be careful of that and make surre your lease reflects ##/30/31/## or they will do the same to you and then say, "we'll give you your security deposit + that back." which anyone who has rented in NOVA already knows how that ... read more
Commons at Potomac is such an amazing place to live staff is great and the property manger Lashanda is just Fantastic. I definitely would recommend anyone to live here
If I can give this place zero stars I would. Around two month we applied here and was told that we would get our refund for the administration fee. It’s been two months now and we haven’t received nothing. I keep calling and no one picks up. Avoid this place
