Jeff Young and his son are running an excellent company providing reliable service with a security system, which, over he last 20 years, has not led to a single false alarm and has always successfully communicated with the monitoring service without a hitch in the shortest of times. When some repair is needed, Jeff and his son always respond immediately either by walking you through the issue over the phone or making necessary repairs in person. Potomac Security Systems has no peer.

If you are looking for a reputable and trust worthy firm without 3-5 auto renewal contracts, then Potomac Alarm is your firm. They are very nice and go out of the way for customers. Be wary of the national competitors with their contracts snd choose a local firm that will meet and exceed your needs.

We looked at multiple companies including the national chains. We’ve been with Potomac Sec for years now and have nothing but positive things to say. Jeff is very professional and if we ever have a question, we work with him directly. One of our sensors was not working so Jeff came to our house. Having lived down the street from a young man who was an installer for a larger alarm company, I can tell you that I would much rather have Jeff come to my house! Highly recommend.
