Dr. Taylor is amazing
This is the worst place ever we called to tell them we were running late they said we had 7 minutes to get there. Then had to wait 45 minutes to be seen really didn't understand the reason they gave me 7 minutes but sure I was here then 45 mins later I am being seen last time coming here.
I've been a patient here since I was a child, well over 20 yrs.... Needless to say, that 20+ yr run has come to an end. Kindness, warmth and professionalism no longer exists at the front desk. I shouldn't have to wait and hour or longer to be seen each and every time I come. All the good ppl are gone, and the ones that are left look miserable. Dr. Leni is a wonderful physician, but I can no longer stand to be seen at P.P.
Appt was 3:30. Still waiting and it's 5:30. Called at 3:00 to see if the doctor was running late and could I adjust so I could stay at work for a meeting. Was told I had to be at the office within 15 minutes of my appointment or they would cancel and charge me. Love the dr I see but can't stand the scheduling. Don't know that I can continue to lose 3-4 hours of work every time I need to see the doctor. Wondering if I can bill them for my time waiting. Just curious.
First appointment took 2 months to be seen. Second appointment the wait took over an hour PAST appointment time, and they sent the blood work to the wrong lab, which cost me $462. Third appointment, the wait in the seating area was AN HOUR AND A HALF! Then was moved to another room only to wait another 45 minutes before the doctor came in. While waiting the receptionist told 3 people to just go to the emergency room over simple things. Don't waste your time

I just left my "New Patient" appointment and Dr.Zena Carter is nothing short of AMAZING!! My appointment was at 4:45pm and I was done at 4:55! I am so happy to finally have a Doctor I feel instantly comfortable with!! The whole staff is so sweet!!
Waiting 45 minutes- they just the patient before me on--- really wait time 60 minutes! Don't tell me the doctor is training someone and expect me to wait. His schedule should reflect he is taking an hour per patient!
