Wonderful practice! My entire family are patients. The new office is lovely and has completely resolved the parking issues from the previous location. I like that they have a patient portal so I can download medical records, book appointments, and request referrals all online. I also appreciate the after-hours line for addressing issues that arise overnight or on the weekend. All the providers I've seen are kind and caring as well as very thorough. Highly recommend!
Service from the Medical Records Department is poor. Got my personal records on CD for $1850 and NO laboratory records included
@Potomac Physician Associates Kensington refuses to provide interpreters for deaf patients. They insist on using the cheaper video remote interpreting option which is subpar and universally hated by deaf people. Please show them they make a poor choice in putting a dollar value on essential commincation-- you can do this by easing to patronize their business. Thanks
