Terrible experience. I come in needing an order for an MRI and am refused and sent to another specialist. Just forget it I’ll take my chances and live with it before I have to deal with you people again
Terrible service and terrible patient care.
I have been trying to get a refill on a prescription. The prescription provider faxed a request and then notified me that they did not respond. I called twice this week and asked if someone on the refill line would call me. I wanted to see if they responded to the email. I am so frustrated trying to reach someone. I even went into the patient portal. When it didn't accept my password I requested a change. Even then it didn't work. Time to look for new physicians that care about their patients!
This is such a beautiful, professional, well organized office! I am beyond happy to call this location "HOME BASE" to my medical needs, and to Dr. Kossari as well. Keep being the kind souls you are, you're all on my highest regards and recommendations.
There have been a lot of changes here. I told PPA I was concerned about them asking me to go to Kensington and had mentioned this in my previous review. To PPA's credit they called me immediately and explained that they are not part of a large health care group and they addressed my concerns about where I would be going right away and made sure I would still be a patient in the Germantown office. The doctors r great! the billing dept. needs alot of work! I called to check on my bill I am on a fixed income and i was making payments! I talked to Bridget she told me everything was ok! Then i got my mail they sent my bill to collection! I called Bridget back and was very up set! Oh they sent it to collection! The way i see it if the billing dept can't do there job I do wonder about the doctors too. They should know everything that is done in the medical field and the way there billing office is being run!
Dr. Thompson never answers e-mail via PORTAL. Have e-mailed him three time requesting a ref for a eye doctor and no response. From 4/15, 5/25, 5/31 still no response. Called twice and call was dropped. What is going on they want the monies but no service. Have they forgot we are trying to get care from them. STILL WAITING DONALD ZEZZO
