My daughter had a VivAer procedure done over a year ago. It has been virtually ineffective for her. We were told the procedure would be self-pay since our insurance didn't cover it. The billing has been so frustrating. The front desk was surprised we were paying the entire $2800 on the day of the procedure (I was told we had to). Will be seeking new provider. Apparently they will charge you $75 for canceling a $50 appointment, so I showed up with a migraine. The first thing they did was have me sign their cancellation paperwork. So they intended to inforce a predatory policy I wasn't even informed of. Throughout the past several months here I have not been treated for anything. Very slow customer service no answering phone and also front dest is very unprofessional and slow service long wait time
Their favorite thing to do is NOT answer phone calls EVER, so when you have to cancel an appointment, you waste your time, end up leaving a voicemail, and - BOOM - get hit with a $75 bill for your “appointment.” Need to reach Billing about this? Great! They don’t answer either! Time to shut this business down.
