I have been trying to reach out to cancel and appointment and reschedule they are not available, appointment flexibility doesn’t exist, doctor seems to be in a rush on every visit. I have left voicemails for their nurse before they never call back , lastly Dr cheng didn’t even send the prescription to pharmacy since my last visit and I can’t get even get a hold of anyone to tell them the prescription is not at the pharmacy.
Dr Ipakchi is an amazingly skilled surgeon! My son's recovery from the tonsillectomy was just as he described. Ten days for recovery, no infections, back to normal. His bedside manners is where the 3 stars land. Not a man of many words. He didn't inform us that the adnoids were coming out as part of the deal. He didn't even acknowledge my little guy or my husband prior to surgery. Just came in signed papers and left. They had to call him back because I was like "adnoids? They're coming out?"
