Show up 12 minutes prior to my 2pm appointment. Don't get called back until 2:40pm. Exam room is uper 70s temp and as of 2:56pm still waiting to be seen by the doctor. This is after my original appointment two weeks ago was rescheduled due to an emergency.

I came in for due to frequent nosebleeds. Booking the appointment was quick and painless. I met Shamika and Dr Cheng, both of whom were absolutely wonderful, and had a nasal cauterization (also quick, not as painless as the scheduling though, just as a heads up!). Everyone was kind and explained the process to me thoroughly- the team was very knowledgeable. The follow up visit was brief but also covered all basis for healing and prevention in the future. I highly recommend for anyone struggling like I was!

Front desk staff is very professional and nice the get busy so when you have to book and appointment you normally have to leave a voicemail but they get back to you same day or the day after. Dr chen I believe was her name is also very professional and nice asks questions listens to what you have to say and answers any questions w details and make sure you know everything you have asked before you leave so you are not confused on anything I would recommend this place to anyone in need of ENT care
