Staff was very pleasant and attentive.
Front desk staff is very professional and nice the get busy so when you have to book and appointment you normally have to leave a voicemail but they get back to you same day or the day after. Dr chen I believe was her name is also very professional and nice asks questions listens to what you have to say and answers any questions w details and make sure you know everything you have asked before you leave so you are not confused on anything I would recommend this place to anyone in need of ENT care
