They do not use sterile instruments for pedicures. Every other salon opens their tools right before use Lynn DOES NOT and still tries to use the razor on your feet EVEN when you don’t need it. I had to stop them for myself and my mother. Go to Tim and Cindy Nail Bar. It is worth the trip. Quality and CLEAN nails. No over buffing and sore cuticles.

I visited this establishment with my mother and granddaughter on September 17th, I saw Lynn. I told her I wanted dip powder but she insisted I get a “GEL POWDER” because it looks more natural. I told her I wanted dip powder because it lasts me 5 weeks. She said “trust me, it lasts longer, I’ve been doing this for 20 years. So I RELUCTANTLY said okay and she started on my nails. Cut the side of my toe open during the buffing. Saw and ignored issue and kept going. Only put lotion and massages one foot. Called to let them know and just said I could come back to put lotion on.. definitely not and should have been refunded. Left very disappointed and will not be back.

I am VERY picky with manicures/pedicures and usually end up doing them myself because of this but Lynn did a phenomenal job. I have natural nails and she was detailed and efficient
