What I didn’t like: - They don’t ask you anything about pain areas and just get to it, I asked them to focus on particular areas since that’s where I had pain, they barely touched those areas and just focused on the upper body. I made an appointment but still had to wait when I arrived. During the massage, I told the therapist three times to lighten the pressure, but it was still painful the entire time. I understand that Chinese acupuncture or deep tissue massage can hurt a bit when working on knots or pressure points, but this was not therapeutic — it was just uncomfortable.
