This review is solely based on PBS office and management. I LOVE my provider here. I have never had any issues with my therapist. She is fantastic and easily the best therapist I’ve ever seen. However the PBS office itself is really disappointing. For the price that I pay for therapy, I have had too many problems since I started therapy here over a year ago. I first started at PBS in Oct./Nov. 2020. Their intake/diagnostic process was great. Vianca Escudero was lovely and I still believe that all my diagnoses were accurate and that all tests were administered to the best of her ability. I saw Adriánna Arcuri for about 8 months, and she was amazing. I haven't had the best experiences with therapists in the past, but Adriánna was/is everything I wanted in a therapist.
