I came in because my right rear tire had a slow leak and I specifically mentioned that I suspected a valve leak. Without doing any inspection, they immediately told me the valve and the tire pressure sensor are connected and both must be replaced together, quoting me $185. After checking with another shop, I learned that the valve stem and TPMS sensor are separate components and do NOT have to be replaced together unless the sensor itself is damaged. I’m posting from a friends page. I towed my GMC Yukon there because it would not start at times. They did a diagnostic of course which states they did a full scan of the truck , looked it over and found the problem. They proceeded to tell me some hoses were leaking(which I knew about) fluid on the starter and that’s what caused the issue. Avoid this place at all costs. I really regret not reading the reviews before coming here. It has the lowest rating of any auto shop in a 20 mile radius so was my own fault for now checking. I dropped it off 10 minutes before they closed and assumed they would diagnose the car in the morning. I knew it was a front tire issue and explained very clearly to them what the problem was and instead of actually listening, they immediately jumped to upselling me on everything (brakes, suspension, all my tires) and used fear mongering... read more
