You'll never get a straight answer and they'll always find "serious" problems with your car. 2 Acuras and 1 Mazda brought in for routine maintenance and all were diagnosed with suspension problems. I had 2 checked by other shops and the cars were fine. Others have apparently had similar problems. They'd be better served by honesty, in the long run, then by the quick buck. I needed an oil change. This place is a mile from my house and I’d had my car serviced there in the past. Basically, my oil change cost $400. Same scam that a bunch of others mentioned. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Very pleased with the service I just had done on my VW Tiguan at Potomac Auto Care. Scheduling was easy and flexible. I was provided an estimate that was spot on and fair. Jay did not try to add on more work than was needed. I'm very happy with the service and will recommend to friends and neighbors.
