They have really great customer service here. They were so easy to reach, they answered my call immediately. It was also nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I am pleased at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always completely unbiased. Yes, they went above and beyond Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
