I’ve been working out here for over 11 years. I can’t say enough good things about the atmosphere and coaches. The team of coaches there create a fun, energetic environment. This is a gym for all.
Potential Realized Training is so much more than a gym. It’s a community of like-minded people who generally encourage and support one another - the coaches believe in you & push you to be your best and celebrate every win along the way. From workouts, to community events and giving back - this place truly lives up to its name so thankful for PRT!
When I first started this gym almost 3 years ago I wanted to get my health back for my kids and maybe lose a couple pounds. Well what I got out of it was not what I expect…I found strength, a gym family, love for myself again that has been gone for a long time, I am healthier now than I have ever been and the support is unbelievable. If you have tried other gyms/trainers and ended up not sticking with it…well try PRT! You won’t regret it.
PRT is a close-knit community. The husband & wife owners coach classes & care about all their clients (friends). The workouts are always challenging, different & fun. They have early morning & evening classes to accommodate all schedules. They host fundraisers & fun events all year. Best gym ever!!
I have been going to PRT for 6 1/2 years. The coaches put together awesome workouts week after week and will help you modify when needed. Not only are the workouts and coaches amazing but the community here is beyond amazing as well. We cheer each other on and celebrate one another as we crush our goals!
