I cannot say enough fantastic things about this gym. It's pushed my husband and I in the best way mentally and physically and every day I leave that gym feeling so accomplished and proud myself for putting in the work that I never thought was possible. Neal and Jamie are the best gym owners and over the years have created a community that has thrived and really supports one another. I LOVE THIS GYM!! #KeepGoing
The staff there is great. They're friendly and helpful. The place is kept clean, their equipment is well kept and other members are usually very friendly.
PRT is a community of people that push and propel you forward. Kindness and generosity flourish here. Get ready to sweat and be humbled. This is an incredible gym with wonderful teachers. The people. Workouts. Are a so thoughtful. If you decide to commit to PRT you will not regret it. You'll find a power, no matter your fitness level. And you will. Be hungry for more.
PRT has become a bit of a lifestyle for our family. Our 5 year old daughter points it out whenever we drive by. Neal and Jamie are both great coaches. The workouts are varied, challenging, and they are flexible if you have to modify due to injury. My wife and I check in every night to see tomorrow's workout, talk about that day's workout, etc. Not at all surprised when I saw their listing with ALL 5 star reviews.
