I went to a charity event here this weekend and I didn’t expect it to too hard. It was a challenge! This is the best group training gym in Gilbert! They have a great vibe and even better music! If you want a place that will force you to move and sweat, this is it!

I’ve been a member of Potential Realized Training (PRT) for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. The workouts are challenging but in a really good way and a great start to my day. The owners are incredibly friendly, and there’s such a great group of people who attend this gym. One of my favorite things is that I can always modify exercises when my body needs it, without ever feeling guilty or out of place. I cannot say enough fantastic things about this gym. It's pushed my husband and I in the best way mentally and physically and every day I leave that gym feeling so accomplished and proud myself for putting in the work that I never thought was possible. Neal and Jamie are the best gym owners and over the years have created a community that has thrived and really supports one another. I LOVE THIS GYM!! #KeepGoing

The staff there is great. They're friendly and helpful. The place is kept clean, their equipment is well kept and other members are usually very friendly.
