I have never had a worse tasting sandwich. It tasted like it sat for a day in the bag I picked it up in. I arrived early to pick up so it should have been warm…it wasn’t. The veggie consisted of a small wedge of an hard, under ripe avocado and about 5 sliced mushrooms. It was awful. I had heard the quality had dropped, but I tried it anyway. I don’t think I will make that mistake again. Disappointing.
Love the outdoor table area with the ponds, so perfect to sit outside in good weather. Every time I go there though the process to order and get your food is difficult. You give your order to the first worker then get asked again while making the sandwich then get asked again once or twice while ringing the order up to pay for it. Just doesn’t seem to be efficient or streamlined - when this place gets busy it can get hectic. Also, why does everyone here seem so miserable, the workers and customers alike?
After the 7-8 customers ahead of me were promptly served and rung up, I was ignored for several minutes, despite there being 4 employees present. When my salad was finally made, the employee dropped it at the unattended cash register and walked away, where I was again left to wait for seemingly no good reason other than complete indifference by the employees present.
