Slowest potbelly experience I’ve ever had. Six staff out on the line and there’s a lot of standing around and looking at phones while a line of customers builds up. Also had to repeat our order multiple times like they just weren’t paying attention to each other’s calls down their assembly line. Terrible.
I was in on Sunday, 9/7 about 10:00 am. I want to commend your crew! They were all so friendly, and smiling! My sandwich was amazing! Please let your crew know, that they are appreciated!
Myleah was of extreme help at the register. She was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable of the menu!
None of the 5 or 6 employees were nice, they hate their job. The cashier didn't even say hi, didn't even say a word. Your "Good Vibes" are ONLY printed on the bag.
Came here in between our flight. We were rushed throught the line. The lady at the register was yelling at us to pay and on the other side the other lady was yelling at us what toppings we wanted for our sandwiches. This resulted in our sandwiches being made incorrectly. If they were to slow down they would move quicker instead they had to take more time remaking sandwiches.
