I just love Potbelly. It is one of my new place to eat at. The chicken pit pie soup is so good. It tastes just like a pot pie. And there skinny sandwiches are so good. Go try them

My food was not good so i called and they said they would refund my order which they did, then also said they would send coupons for a free sandwich waited a week called last week and they said probably got lost in the mail and they would send more. I'm extremely frustrated with this place. And all the years that I've been going here I've never had a bad experience especially during the day with the morning crew. A little over a week ago there was a BOGO offer that was going on and I went in to get it, I'd been looking forward to potbellys all day.
