My mother and I visited this Potbelly’s around 7:00 PM on December 27th. As we walked in, there appeared to be only one employee working, a male with brunette hair. He looked directly at us and did not greet us. We said hello first, and instead of responding, he looked at us and turned back around. The interaction felt very dismissive and unwelcoming. Some of the Prime Rib sandwich meat was unchewable, when you pay that much for a sandwich you should be able to eat it completely. And an FYI for the restaurant itself, make sure your rodent traps aren't the first thing a customer sees when walking into your establishment!
