Loud, they couldn't hear me giving the order. Food was good but not impressive. Had the broccoli cheddar soup. Was mostly melted cheese and no broccoli. I also had the prime rib sandwich. Good flavor! Wish it was more substantial.

My husband and I tried Potbelly for the first time and it was delicious! I ordered the Italian original size on white bread with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, oil, Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. My husband ordered a sweet heat pork bbq with lettuce, pickles, and onions. Both were very enjoyable.
