This was a night I will never forget. Amazing service, amazing employees and the most beautiful sandwich I have ever consumed. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a life altering experience. I love you potbelly.
Ordered three sandwiches for takeout, and all three had issues. #1: Chicken Salad, they put no chicken salad at all. Only bread, mayo, tomatoes and hot peppers. See attached image. #2 and #3: Veggie Melt, one was missing hot peppers and one was missing avocado. Only saving grace, called them and they said they'll submit the concern to their district manager to request a refund.
Great customer service since the moment we walked in. Very helpful, the food was amazing. Every.. Just may my day better. Thank you to Brian, Jordan, Nadine, and Mya for such an amazing service on our first time trying the food. We will be returning soon and recommending this place.
I'm a frequent customer. Just want to share that customer service trumps everything and they understand that. Kevin, Tanner and the staff are always so pleasant when I stop in. There's a great culture there. Thank you guys for making my special shake perfectly every time and keep doing what you do best!
