Great customer service since the moment we walked in. Very helpful, the food was amazing. Every.. Just may my day better. Thank you to Brian, Jordan, Nadine, and Mya for such an amazing service on our first time trying the food. We will be returning soon and recommending this place.
I'm a frequent customer. Just want to share that customer service trumps everything and they understand that. Kevin, Tanner and the staff are always so pleasant when I stop in. There's a great culture there. Thank you guys for making my special shake perfectly every time and keep doing what you do best!
Unfortunately, this is the second time that I DoorDash from this store and I get the wrong sandwich in a bag with my name on it, clearly this location’s fault, not DoorDash. I have DoorDashed from them 4 times total, so I guess it’s a 50/50 of whether you’ll actually get the correct food.
The girl making the sandwiches (first station) was pretty rude. Only customer in the store and she wasn’t taking a drive thru order either and yet I had to tell her three separate times within a span of 20 seconds my sandwich order (big white thin cut turkey 2 pieces of swiss 2 pieces of bacon - not hard right?). Each time I had to tell her she got more and more rude…. like it was my fault you cant follow simple directions. I see why people constantly complain about wrong orders and messed up sandwiches here.
