Will no longer be supporting this business or establishment after watching a video go viral of a girl getting beat up inside of this place by a man and the workers just recording it. Not helping or stopping ANYTHING OR ANYONE.
This is one of the WORST places to eat in downtown Detroit. I went there on my break to get a 7.99 meal combo. First off the place is horrible as far cleanliness. It was all kinds of food and debris on the floor behind the counter where the food was being prepared. Secondly I was greeted by Erica who was rudely taking orders and rushing customers orders. Rude staff. Came in to get food. Mangers arguing with customer. One worker said he was going to fight and customer told customer he had a gun. The situation was crazy and this person still employed at potbelly. I know threatening people can get you fired but apparently at potbelly you keep your job smh
