So a group of people were walking out before I came in and they were upset talking about the service so I went and ordered a drink and sit down it observed Two homeless people came in and they were African-American and everyone immediately started to tell them to get out One of the employees which is an older Mexican lady made a comment a very racist comment to one of her employees about the homeless man So I know no longer want service
I want to say thank you to Justin at the Potbelly Woodward store. I called with a last minute catering order, and he went above and beyond to make sure me and my team was able to get wat I needed.I just want to say thank you again to Justin for all the help. My team was very happy with Potbelly that night.
Trash trash trash like every food spot in downtown, they never got nothing right
Awful service! I ordered online for a pick up at 11:45. When I arrived at 11:50, my order wasn’t out to be picked up. I attempt to ask the clerk at the register about it showing my confirmation number and she rudely interrupted me saying “that’s not my problem. I don’t work back there, you need to speak to them.” For a customer who does very large catering orders and order here multiple times weekly, this is completely unacceptable! I may take my business elsewhere. Here is Erika. Avoid her AND her attitude.
I came in with no one in front or behind me and I still had to wait 20 mins for them to make my sandwich. I told him what bread I wanted it on. He took an order and forgot about my sandwich even tho I was there first. So I waited another 10 mins for him to put it thru the oven. Told him what veggies etc I wanted on it and I told him I liked alot. I open it up it's a sprinkle of everything. Really sad sandwich. Their service is slow. And the girl.who checked me out had a little attitude. Never again
