Had the prime rib sub—one of the tastiest I’ve tasted; Thr Briccoli & Cheddar soup—-the worst that I’ve ever tasted. It didn’t seem fresh and tasted floury. The staff members were not friendly and not very accomodating. Having said that, I usually don’t care about service unless the staff come off as rude; they weren’t. I wish Potbelly offered more variety with soups.

It’s the worst place ever to visit. I will never never again employees never smile to customers they always was angry. The line is always too long. You gotta wait for a long time to get your food. I don’t know how they called fast food or quick serve food never never again. This is not my first time I did complain before to the website But nothing is changing I do like going to Potbelly. The food is good but this store I will never visit again in my life very disappointed.

We frequent this potbelly often because it is clean efficient and the food is delicious; the manager there is extremely community-oriented and even offered us a small reward on my husband's birthday as potbelly is his favorite
