I usually like Potbelly, but the tomatoes on my Avo Turkey were so unripe, they were white, and bitter. C’mon Potbelly, do better. Edit - The only way to contact Potbelly Customer Service is through their website. It prevents a submission if you don’t agree with their privacy policy. I do not agree with their terms, and thus I cannot correspond directly with Potbelly or respond to the manager. Their ‘customer service’ does not focus on the customer.

Sandwiches are good, staff is friendly.
Staff is amazing! We had a large catering order and the team took care of it on the fly! Special Shout out to Soka! The nicest guy and went above and beyond to get the job done.
