Not sure why they’re many negative reviews. I come here often and never faced an issue until sandwich day the other day. I typically never order from places during specials like this unless it’s right when they open because come rush&lunch hour i feel like it’s a given they’re super busy. Anyways, they are very accommodating & willing to make any issue that happened, be fixed right away.
Went in to grab a Uber Eats and it took 30+ minutes to grab the order. Everyone of the employees are very slow and don’t know how to keep up. The store kept piling with customers and they kept going at a very slow pace. The workers need to be faster and more efficient. The workers were doing orders that had just came in and didn’t work on the old ones that people were waiting for. Horrible crew. This was absolutely ridiculous.
They added bacon to my sandwich by mistake and they didn’t change the sandwich they just removed it it’s was still there as Muslim restaurant need to accept the fact we don’t eat it
On the phone while waiting for sandwich chips and Float . Sandwich got done but still on the phone waiting for a float.root beer float is nasty btw ! Chargers for a drink as well even though I paid for the float .
I'm not sure where the order is coming from but someone is instructing the staff to go light on the meat when Potbelly has a BOGO special. Potbelly from time to time has a BOGO special. So being a potbelly fan we decided to take advantage of this. Two sandwiches were ordered for pickup through the app, Avo Turkey and an Italian.
