The staff was SOOOO sweet. I normally go to the mean one cause it's close. But I'll be going to the downer location from now on.
Every single time I order through Doordash these people seem to get it wrong. Every single time! Hire people that can read. Im done ordering from here. Ill never give you my buisness again Potbelly. Never again!
Didn't take my order
I’ve only ordered delivery from this location three times and every time I have a missing item or something is wrong. They are incapable of fulfilling an order. If you are in the store and can stand there and watch them the order is usually good. I will never order delivery again and likely will not revisit because this is so annoying.
The attitudes every time I come in are horrible. Aaron always looks like he is upset and bothered to see me and everyone else won’t speak, greet or anything. Like they’re irritated that they have customers. The service has only been good one time and the lady was amazing and kind and attentive. Everyone else here doesn’t have the best customer service.
