10/21/25 1:20 pm. Woman was preparing to-go orders as I was waiting for my Door Dash order. She walked past and placed a completed order on the shelf. I asked if that order was for my customer by their name as they are all labeled by name and she replied ‘I don’t know.’ in a very rude tone and didn’t even make eye contact as she rushed back past me to complete more orders. I normally have a great experience every time I come here, but this last visit I had was not good. I did a pickup order, which included a fountain drink, so I needed to open my bag and take out the cup. Cup was not even in my bag. Ask an employee for a cup, that's all solved, I leave and realized cheese was put on my sandwich even though I requested no cheese, my chips and cookie that I paid for are nowhere to be found. Not a happy camper.
Not impressed with the service. Sandwich prep worker very dismissive and shares misinformation.
Steadily getting worse. Slow wait, indifferent and unhappy workers, and bad for a Potbelly. Somehow, the sandwiches aren't as warm here as any other location. I'd avoid.
Great place to grab lunch. Area is VERY busy. Food always made perfectly. Parking can be a lil difficult
