The person at the register was beyond rude to my sister, mom, and I right off the bat. So much so that we turned around and walked out because the disrespect when asking a simple question was above anything I’ve ever experienced.
I knew the minute I walked into the door at the Potbelly on Dundee and Skokie blvd that there were new owners. For one thing, I was greeted nicely by the employees. That had never happened. It's convenient but I usually avoid it because my order is always wrong and the employees were always sulky. Confirmed new ownership. Employees are happy. If you're like me, give them another try now.
I order from here all the time. They are always consistent and on time. Shout out to employee Ram for his outstanding customer service!
