We were 2 adults on this visit. My wife and I were walking around Herndon and needed a break, so we decided to stop by Potbelly restaurant, first time I've ever seen this franchise. inside we met Paki (Francisca) a very nice and friendly employee, we found out that she was from the same country as us, she was so nice and besides the subs she gave us great tips on this city since we are on vacation.... the food was above average, but the PR from the employees was worth the stop....

I ordered tuna salad sandwich and Coke Zero. They send this disgusting sandwich with no toppings and a sprite. This has happened more than once now. Never ordering online w these people at this location.
