I ordered a sandwich with two different desserts. When I got home the desserts weren't in the bag.
I did not know they closed at 8, and ordered a few min before that, went to the door and it was locked. But a kind worker brought our bag of food to the door to me assuring me it was all there and no problem for ordering so late. Not only was the service above and beyond, the order was perfect and food great!
We were 2 adults on this visit. My wife and I were walking around Herndon and needed a break, so we decided to stop by Potbelly restaurant, first time I've ever seen this franchise. inside we met Paki (Francisca) a very nice and friendly employee, we found out that she was from the same country as us, she was so nice and besides the subs she gave us great tips on this city since we are on vacation.... the food was above average, but the PR from the employees was worth the stop....
