Staff went above and beyond to adjust to our unusual request for toppings for a sandwich rather than a whole sandwich. My wife is gluten free and vegan and needed something to spice up a vegan gluten free sandwich, the team working this afternoon were very accommodating.
They wont offer you refunds for your food even if there's dead bugs in it. THEYLL ONLY OFFER FREE FOOD, NOT A REFUND. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
They got roaches here on there literal food
You really can’t trust eating at restaurants especially chain restaurants . Last week I was so disturbed , had a lost of appetite, gag reflex , shocked and was disgusted after eating a sandwich I bought at potbelly in Oak Lawn on 95th street. Don't eat here. They have bugs in their food and wouldn't refund the customer when she called to report the bug in her sandwich. Very poor customer service. Calling the health department!
