Resteraunt is dirty and poorly designed. The prices are insane for the portion size offered. Menu is visible from the left side wall and is massive hard to read once in line. Food is not cooked here its just heated. Its pretty gross looking as well once its done. Soda machines are never cleaned featuring both dust webs and spider webs all over it. My husband placed an online order for pick up. We added cheese to my BLTA sandwich which is an extra charge of $1.99. There was no cheese on the sandwich! This is not the first time it happens at this location either! Terrible service considering the sticker on the sandwich clearly said provolone cheese, but it wasn’t added.
I've always been a Potbelly fan - and they keep getting better! Seem to have made improvements to the rolls they use, higher quality ingredients - sandwiches are not skimpy! Great job!
I came in to place an order and was left standing at the register while the two girls working up front just stood around talking to each other instead of helping me.
