I ordered a sandwich on the app at 1:54 p.m. it was to be ready at 2:09 p.m. I was already at the restaurant. I witnessed 15 people walk in the door after me, get in line, dilly dally, order their food, five of which got their food before me. Another gentleman was waiting just as long. 4 employees working. Why is their bacon so good?! It’s hands down the best bacon in the fast food industry. It’s real, peppery, and delicious. Hazel is such a delight and so helpful. Try the bacon in the mac and cheese and the BLTA. My other half had the chicken club and said it was straight fire we get the same sandwiches every time and it never gets old
Best of the best for sandwiches and quick salads. I enjoy the Avocado Turkey sandwich and I especially enjoy the Banana Pudding and Strawberry milkshakes. Location is cool and clean and the general manager Jackson runs an efficient but fun restaurant. Special off menu Strawberry/Vanilla shake is fantastic! I used to get occasional salads at another location but I like the salad choices here at Potbelly better. I dine in for lunch regularly here and this is my new "go to" place for lunch. Highly recommended.
Not impressed. The whole ordering experience is overly complicated. Unclear why I have to tell my order to one person, then another doing register, then back to the person making it. Also the woman who rung us up had gloves on while using register and was touching her face. Salad had bad tomatoes and rotting lettuce.
