Always really great service. I've been to a few locations, and the staff is always nice. It was really quiet on this day at this location, so it was a nice lunch. Sandwiches are always very tasty!

FYI: All sandwiches are hot. Also, they only have Dijon mustard and they don't tell you it's Dijon when you ask for mustard. Wasn't expecting that taste. Definitely not the best subs in the area.
Don't miss the specialty milkshakes. They can combine flavors for extra awesomeness.
Don't these teens ever clean up this place? Everything is so sticky. Sticky tables, trays are wet...... it's pretty easy to clean up. Last time in going to this potbelly. Lost my appetite.
