I go here once or twice a week and it's great everytime!
Closed today for a water main break. Not their fault. But they're still accepting online orders. Obviously I don't know they're closed before I get there. There is one employee in there, arms crossed leaning on a wall. Mumbles "we're closed." I said I see that, so how do I get my money back since you're still accepting pick up orders online? Mumbles "I don't know." No offer to help or get a manager, nothing. Absolute terrible service.
After a very large corporate order. Received a lot of perks went there to get my sandwich. And the cashier had no clue what they were doing period was rude and charged me anyway safe to say. No more corporate orders
