What a terrible representation of a good brand, this particular franchise is a bad one. Awful employees, no uniforms, filthy dirty store and terrible service. These woman in here acted like you were bothering them just by opening the restaurant door. That entire store needs to be re-staffed, deep cleaned and trained. Awful experience.
I ordered potbelly through uber eats and got 2 chips+drink and only ended up getting one shake and chips. I know this was not the delivery person’s fault because in the bag that was sealed only one bag of chips were in there. second time ordering through uber eats and my shake was missing only the chips were in the bag they need to do better
