I am floored in the best way and hoping I could shine a light on Dawn from the radio drive woodbury location as I was on my lunch break, went out to get food as normal and realized I never transferred my wallet to my work purse. I tried to stop the order but this wonderful employee decided, really sprung up to pay for my meal. I am inspired in a time that is so turbulent. Thank you Dawn I will be paying it forward!
Been meaning to write this review! About a month ago, I stopped by one night after dashing all evening and was starving. I don’t go to Potbelly often and wasn’t sure what to order, but the customer service at this location was outstanding. A staff member (asian male) was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. We've been a few times and enjoyed it. However, today we went and my wife's sandwich tasted like peanut butter, which is a safety hazard at worst, off putting at best. My wrap was so messy and they just dumped the sauce wherever making it soggy and wet and gross. I don't know what happened, but wasn't the best experience.

My order was incorrect. The meat was not removed. I can't eat it. I called. The person said "I'm sorry" and then sat silently for 15 seconds.
