My order was incorrect. The meat was not removed. I can't eat it. I called. The person said "I'm sorry" and then sat silently for 15 seconds.
Be aware of slow delivery service! Placed an online delivery order around 11am for 2pm delivery and didn’t even get it on time. I spoke to a girl that said DoorDash didn’t accept the order. I didn’t get the food till closer to 4pm & when I spoke to DoorDash they told me the order wasn’t even put in until 3:10pm, the only refund I was offered was delivery fee.
Ordered 3 sandwiches via Postmates. One for dinner and lunch the following day, and one for my Mom. Both of my sandwiches was the most salt I've ever had on a sandwich that I can recall... to the point it was hard to even finish it. Never even asked for salt to be added.... Called to speak to a manager and he said there was nothing they could do for me. For $30, wouldn't get sandwiches from this location again
Lars at the Woodbury location is totally worthless. Not helpful at all and rolled his eyes when we ordered 4 different shakes
