Potbelly has gone down the drain and I hope it’s JUST this location or else I’m done with them forever . I used to love potbelly!!! But every time I stop into this location, I’m disappointed. This time I told the woman so many times how I wanted my sub, first I listed everything out one by one. She says oh, you want everything? I said almost everything but absolutely no sauces. Every time I go into this location the staff is wonderful. Terrell, the GM, is so wonderful. He definitely should be the one in charge of running the restaurant. He is such a vibe every time I see him. Onita is a just as awesome. She is a strong woman. She recently has gone through something tragic, but she still comes to work with her amazing attitude and determination. She is always a pleasure to be served by. Lastly is Olivia. Too expensive! Big black dude is funny though. The Prime rib sandwich not worth it.
