The black lady, Onita, yelled at us for asking her to change her gloves for an allergy. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. Will make sure to avoid this location in the future.
Onita has such a disgusting attitude - makes you lose your appetite. Yelled at us for asking her to change her gloves for an allergy. Told her manager about this unacceptable behavior for making a reasonable request, but no avail.
Potbelly has gone down the drain and I hope it’s JUST this location or else I’m done with them forever . I used to love potbelly!!! But every time I stop into this location, I’m disappointed. This time I told the woman so many times how I wanted my sub, first I listed everything out one by one. She says oh, you want everything? I said almost everything but absolutely no sauces. Every time I go into this location the staff is wonderful. Terrell, the GM, is so wonderful. He definitely should be the one in charge of running the restaurant. He is such a vibe every time I see him. Onita is a just as awesome. She is a strong woman. She recently has gone through something tragic, but she still comes to work with her amazing attitude and determination. She is always a pleasure to be served by. Lastly is Olivia.
