Josh was the most rude employee I have ever interacted with In my history of visiting restaurants and fast food chains. When he was ringing up our order, I added a broccoli and cheddar soup which he forgot to say in the order; and he got upset and replied with “anything else”. Don’t recommend visiting this location to anyone. Go eat somewhere else.
On 7/5 I placed on order online to pick up. My husband went to pick it up and a man outside said they were closed due to AC being out and the food went bad. The man said he tried to call but nobody answered (I was busy). He told my husband our order would be refunded. I love the sandwiches at potbelly, but what I found at this location has me questioning my return to any stores. The clipboard pictured below was hanging in the Men’s bathroom with no paper or anything on it. The image of hate was there for anyone to see and nobody did anything about it. I took the clipboard off the velcro and handed it to the manager and left. Hopefully it was not placed back on the wall.
