Great service and delicious sandwiches and soups!! We love coming to POTBELLY in Kingwood Drive and West Lake Houston.
On multiple occasions I’ve placed catering orders days in advance and the order shows up late. The last order was an hour late. Do not place catering orders as this location is unreliable.
Great subs and soup and really nice staff. Must try the chicken pot pie soup!!!
Atmosphere is always depressing and empty when I go, and the other day they forgot to lock the door during their open and then got mad and yelled at me for walking in 30mins too early. Not my fault they didnt remember to lock the door. They could have just explained to me kindly that they were closed and forgot to lock it. Not going back, they wiped the stupid, whimsical, Avo-Turkey craving grin off my face. Ruined my day 😔
Great experience with the drive thru today! He was prompt, kind and thorough!
