Audrey!! I don’t normally post reviews but this was well deserved! Great customer service from Audrey! This was the best customer service I’ve had she worked a really good conversation and was able to do her task at the same time! She rung me up and even sold me on a shake I didn’t even mention on getting! The food and the shake were really good! But I couldn’t care less about that! I’ve always had good experiences with potbelly but that has changed today. I get home from a long day and open my sandwich that has hair in it. I threw it right in the trash can. Please work on cleaning the area where you make sandwiches.

I am a regular customer and have always enjoyed coming here, which makes this experience especially disappointing. While checking out, I accidentally dropped my cash and immediately said, “Oh my gosh, I’m dropping all my money.” The cashier witnessed the entire incident. I had dropped three $100 bills that were folded together. Another employee, a young Caucasian woman with dark hair who was sweeping the floor, picked up the money.
