Extremely rude staff
They are nice and got me food cheaper than some other places in the airport. Regular sandwiches about $10-11.
Niyah is extremely rude and slow! She had the nerve to throw my sandwich to the cashier. The cashier’s face was just as shocked as I was. At least he offered a cookie for her rudeness. The cookie was under cooked.
Honestly it’s terrifying rolling off a flight with 30 min to get some food and seeing spotty reviews- but the Potbelly crew did an amazing job warranting a review. Correct orders, fresh produce, fast, kind. Thank you and keep it up!
