This morning at Terminal C en IAH Potbelly, my husband asked for two breakfast sandwiches. As soon as he started talking to the employee at the counter, her attitude was rude and dismissive, and she seemed to be deliberately slowing down the service. She told us they didn’t have eggs or cheddar cheese, so since we were hungry, we settled for just ham and cheese. The guys working around 8:15 pm on Friday April 26th were incredible! Seriously the best airport food experience I have probably ever had, and I’m a big traveler. Good group of employees here going above and beyond
I am still trying to decipher what i did to deserve this treatment.. i requested some hot peppers in my powerhouse salad... I ate about 10 pieces and there were atleast 20 more (see photo). Diappointed in the service
