I was in line getting my food and there was a guy and a girl working up front. This guys name is mason he is the manager here and the girl started spouting remarks and directions like she was in charge. She had a horibal attitude. Anyway the manager handled the situation well and brushed it off. When i got to the register the girl was so upset she couldnt get the register to work and gave me my meal for free… this was my first time here. Loved it. And yes the peppers are hot.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the service today. I placed an online order and went in for pickup. Even though the app showed that my order was ready, the staff told me it wasn’t actually ready yet and that I needed to wait. While I was waiting near the counter, they told me not to stand there and to go wait in the corner. If there’s a designated waiting area, that’s fine, but there’s no reason to speak to customers in such an unfriendly and disrespectful way.
Nowww y'all know I love giving reviews. I work at potbelly (NOT THIS LOCATION) and it was late and I wanted a sandwich. Of course I'm not gonna go anywhere else. I get here at 830 they tell me they only doing online orders. KOOL. I proceed to step outside and go to my potbellys app and place an order then. I then around to go back in after my payment goes through and the door is now all of a sudden locked when your still open for another 30 min. I decided to try this place. Came in around 11 am today. All the boxes were checked with a fast food joint. Clean, friendly service, ect... Terry and Khalid were awesome. It was almost too perfect for a sandwich shop. I'll definitely be back!!!! I'd give 7 stars but Google won't let me
