It's pretty good. I like Potbelly more than Jimmy Johns. It's average. Meh
I ordered through DoorDash from the Uptown Minneapolis Potbelly because it was closer than the Edina location and I wanted to save time. Unfortunately, this order was disappointing in multiple ways. I ordered the Prime Rib sandwich with no caramelized onions, and the receipt clearly shows that request, but the sandwich still came with onions. Great Potbelly location! This store is conveniently off of Hennepin and 28th. The inside is open and clean. The food is great, like any Potbelly, but the service here is above and beyond. They don't rush you. They're friendly. They want you to be satisfied with your food. They recently re-introduced the lemon cheesecake cookies for the summer, and those are great. Husband and I had such a great experience here. The staff was very friendly, and kind to speak with, Terry offered recommendations and completed a survey for a free cookie. The food was delicious! Great setting and we will be going there again!
I thought the sandwich was fantastic but the people serving it seem to be confused about the menu and everything takes forever and they're like running around frantically getting the order wrong, taking forever to take or execute an order, etc. Owner, you need to standardize your processes and streamline your business and menu. You also need to train employees better and make sure you have tenured employees working at least one per shift.
