I ordered my lunch at 11a to be ready at 1215p today. I arrived at 1216pm. I checked in and everything. There’s a line so I waited my turn. The clerk says it’s not ready and they can’t guarantee the food will be made on time, they have a line. What is the point of allowing me to order ahead if my food won’t be ready. At 1220p, the order was finally printed from the register. I asked for a refund because I only get 30 minutes for lunch and no one even attempted to prepare the food.
