I love Potbelly, and this location is as good as it gets.
Ordered for delivery via doordash like I've done many times, and it took nearly an hour to get our food, which would have been fine had two of the sandwiches not been among the most poorly prepared sandwiches that I've ever gotten from a Potbelly. Neither of them had even close to the correct toppings on them. Disappointing service — online orders are clearly not a priority here. The staff seemed indifferent and unmotivated. Potbelly management seriously needs to step in and address this lack of accountability.
